Welcome to Maypop Counseling! Serving individuals virtually across Colorado. Aleeza Zocchi’s practice is an inclusive, non-judgmental space tailored to people curious about boosting self-esteem and exploring identity, values, and needs. Aleeza blends warm, evidence-based care with a playful, down-to-earth approach so you can feel safe, seen, and a little lighter as you grow.

    • Individual and family therapy is offered. Maypop Counseling serves individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, young adults, and parents looking to add another individual to their support team.

    • Affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone whose lived experience benefits from culturally responsive support.

    • Neurodivergent-friendly, practical tools to build confidence, reduce shame, and clarify what matters to you. We work through more than just breathing exercises!

    • Our work together will be collaborative and non-judgmental: you bring the topics, i’ll build the road map. We will discuss goals in our first session.

    • We will focus on bite-sized skill building alongside deeper meaning work.

    • I believe in using creative and playful interventions when they’re helpful.
